It is the piece that connects the sling to the lift.

How it is built

The bar is made from heavy duty materials and carries 2 points of attachment, which is the standard configuration for the EZ Series. It hangs from the lift and the sling clips to it, so every bit of load in the system passes through this one component.

When to replace it

A hanger bar supports a person over water. Anything that compromises it, a bend, a crack, corrosion around the attachment points or worn hardware, takes the lift out of service until the bar is replaced. Inspect it as part of your regular lift checks rather than waiting for a problem.

Related parts

Slings and the EZ Series chain set are ordered separately, so check what else on the lift is due while you have it apart.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0801/9568/2516/files/default_24490151-1f60-4dc9-80d3-f2b923ae7a7f.jpg?v=1788757050
