A cover that has crazed white, cracked at the rim or lost its flat sealing face is the fault behind a lot of pumps that will not hold prime.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eBiguanide resistance\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eBiguanide sanitizers are harder on clear plastics than chlorine is, and standard covers fail early in those pools.
