The S.R. Smith Fibre-Dive 66-209-268S20 is an 8 ft residential diving board in Pewter Gray with a white non-slip sanded tread. It is made for light to moderate use on residential in-ground pools and is rated for 250 lb.

Construction

A fiberglass reinforced core sits inside an acrylic shell with a flexible outer edge. The top carries a sanded tread for grip and the underside has a matte finish. S.R. Smith rates all of its diving boards as salt pool friendly.

Fit

The board uses a 2-hole bolt pattern on 12 in. centers and is listed for S.R. Smith's Flyte-Deck II dive stand and U-Frame stand; on a U-Frame, use a model made for 6 or 8 ft boards. Mounting hardware is included. Fibre-Dive also comes in 6 and 10 ft lengths and other colors, and the Pewter Gray board with a matching tread is a separate part, 66-209-268S20T.

Installation

Professional installation is recommended. The pool's water envelope must meet the ANSI/APSP/ICC-5 standard for this board, the board must go on a compatible S.R. Smith stand, and only one person may be on it at a time. When replacing a board, fit a new fulcrum pad, keep the correct distance between the mounting holes and the fulcrum, and use anti-seize compound on the stainless steel hardware. The board ships by freight.

White. 66-209-268S20 is the Pewter Gray board with a white tread. S.R. Smith lists the Pewter Gray board with a matching tread as 66-209-268S20T.
