The AquaChek Silver is the seven way test strip: one dip reads free chlorine, total chlorine, total bromine, pH, total alkalinity, total hardness and stabilizer (cyanuric acid). It is the most comprehensive strip in the AquaChek line and the one service professionals carry, because it covers everything a routine pool or spa check needs in seconds.

Ranges

Free chlorine 0 to 20 ppm, total chlorine 0 to 10 ppm, total bromine 0 to 20 ppm, pH 6.2 to 8.4, total alkalinity 0 to 240 ppm, total hardness 0 to 1,000 ppm and cyanuric acid 0 to 300 ppm. The cyanuric acid test has been improved for a faster, clearer read, which matters on outdoor pools where stabilizer creeps up over a season of tablets.

Why strips

Compared with a liquid kit there are no reagent bottles to count drops from and nothing to spill. The enhanced color blocks on the bottle give better separation between values, so results are easier to read at the pool. Each bottle holds 100 strips.
