The S.R. Smith poolLUX Plus2 PT-6001 is a single zone, 60W, 6 amp power tower that runs S.R. Smith LED pool lights and controls them from a wireless remote. It is built as a direct replacement for the Fiberstars 6004 and 2004 fiber optic illuminators, so a pool that still runs aging fiber lighting can move to LED without reworking the equipment pad.

Wiring that goes quickly

The Plus2 uses screwless terminals in place of wire nuts, which S.R. Smith rates at about half the connection time of the original PT-6000. It offers both 12VAC and 13VAC outputs, an auto resetting thermal fuse for overload protection and replaceable current fusing for water safety.

Built for the pad

The enclosure is corrosion resistant polycarbonate rated NEMA 3R, and the unit is ETL Listed to UL 379 and certified to CSA C22.2 #218.1. The included wireless remote gives one touch color sync across S.R. Smith LED lighting products.

Before you order

This is the single zone, one circuit unit. If you need two independently controlled zones, the PT-6002 is the dual zone version. An optional base for the power tower is available separately.

Will this replace my Fiberstars illuminator?
Yes. The PT-6001 is a direct replacement for the Fiberstars 6004 and 2004 fiber optic illuminators, used when the fiber lighting is converted to S.R. Smith LED fixtures.
How many zones does it run?
One. The PT-6001 is a single zone, one circuit, 60W unit. S.R. Smith makes a dual zone version, the PT-6002, for two independently controlled circuits.
