Product details

The Jandy 4424 is the 24V valve actuator for Jandy Pro Series NeverLube and gray 2 and 3 port diverter valves. Mounted on the valve, it turns the diverter under command from an AquaLink RS system, switching between pool and spa or driving water features without anyone touching a handle.

What changed

This is the newer design, with easier cam adjustment, a PCB and a hidden toggle switch. It rotates 180 degrees and can be set to stop the diverter at any position, not only at the ends of travel.

Labels

Units have shipped labeled JVA2440 and, after Jandy made internal improvements, JVA2444. Both are part number 4424 and the same product.

Which valves does it fit?
All Jandy Pro Series NeverLube and gray 2 port and 3 port diverter valves.
The box says JVA2444, not 4424. Did I get the wrong part?
No. Jandy made internal improvements and changed the label from JVA2440 to JVA2444. Both are part number 4424 and the same product.
Will it work with my automation?
It is designed for the Jandy AquaLink RS control system and runs on 24V.
How far does it turn?
180 degrees, and the cam adjustment lets you stop the diverter at any position in between.
