This is the S.R. Smith 8 foot Frontier IV diving board supplied complete with the stainless steel U-Frame diving stand, so the board and the base arrive as one package rather than as two separate purchases.

The board

Frontier IV boards are built for athletes and for pools that see a lot of diving. Each one is 8 feet long and carries a single wide laminated wood core runner that extends the full length of the board. The outer surface is a white, durable acrylic that resists scratching and fading, so the board keeps its finish through years of recreational use.

The stand

The U-Frame stand is stainless steel, made from 1.90 inch outer diameter tubing with a .049 inch wall. It is a very rigid base, which is what a board of this length needs. The board and stand combination is rated to a 400 lb weight limit.
