The S.R. Smith Steel Meter Stand is a commercial diving tower, and this is the 3/4 meter height, part 70-209-512, sized for 10 ft and 12 ft boards. The line runs from 1/2 meter to 1 meter, with the 3/4 meter stand sitting in the middle.
