Stand, jig and board
A diving setup is three pieces that have to agree with each other. The jig is set into the deck and gives the stand a fixed, correctly spaced anchor point. The stand bolts to that. The board then mounts to the stand. Because each stand length is built for the board length it carries, a 6 ft stand belongs under a 6 ft board and nothing else.
