The S.R. Smith 69-209-5866 is the 6 ft Frontier II spring assembly, supplied with its jig and the base to jig mounting hardware. It is the base a Frontier II board mounts to, not the board.
Active base
S.R. Smith calls this an active base: the spring in the dive comes from the base and the board working together rather than from board flex alone. The base is powder coated steel and is rated to a 250 lb weight limit.
The jig
The jig is what makes a clean installation possible. It lays out the 3 hole drill pattern so the anchors land square and at the right spacing, and the hardware that mounts the base to the jig is included. On a replacement, compare the existing anchor pattern in the deck with the new one before removing the old base.

Is the diving board included?
No. This is the spring assembly with its jig. The 6 ft Frontier II board is a separate item.
What is the jig for?
It sets out the anchor holes so the base lands square and on the correct pattern. The base to jig mounting hardware is included with it.
What is the weight limit?
250 lb.
What anchor pattern does it use?
A 3 hole pattern. On a replacement, check the pattern in the deck against the new base before you pull the old one out, because a mismatch means new deck work.
