This is the Coolaroo bungee tie down in cream, the piece that holds the bottom of an exterior sun shade in place.

How it is used

The tie down loops through the rings at the end of the shade bottom rail and then secures into a bungee receiver mounted below. The elastic keeps steady tension on the rail so the shade sits flat and does not lift or flap when the wind picks up.
