The PoolTux LN1935A is a Leaf Guard net for a 16 ft. by 32 ft. oval above ground pool. It is not a winter cover in itself. It goes on top of one.
What a leaf net actually saves you
Leaves that land on a winter cover stay there. They soak, rot, stain, and their weight drags the cover down into the water where the whole mess ends up sitting all winter.
