Product details

This is the PoolTux King solid winter cover for a 30' x 50' rectangular inground pool. The cover itself measures 35' x 55', which is what produces the 5 ft overlap past the edge on all four sides.

Construction

It is 8 mil, silver on black, built from triple laminated polyethylene with heat sealed seams and supplied unbound. Being solid, it keeps leaves, dirt and sunlight out of the water completely, which is the whole point of a winter close, and it is backed by the PoolTux King 15 year warranty.

Holding it down

A solid cover on an inground pool is held at the edge by water tubes. Those are not part of this listing and are ordered separately, so count what the perimeter needs before closing day. Plan on a cover pump too, since a solid cover holds every drop of rain and melt that lands on it.
