The Coverstar C6100 is a 100 ft length of PowerFlex rope with a semi-rigid Keder tab, Coverstar tab 625, already fitted. It is the replacement rope for Coverstar automatic pool covers that run a tabbed PowerFlex rope.

About PowerFlex rope

Coverstar describes PowerFlex as newer rope technology designed to help the cover system run straighter. It resists breakage and acts as a shock absorber. Coverstar also lists worn rope as one of the signs that an autocover needs attention, alongside worn pulleys and sliders.

Part numbers

The same rope has also been listed as C5100. C6100 is the current Coverstar number, and either reference points to this 100 ft rope with the semi-rigid tab.

Before you order

Coverstar sells the PowerFlex rope in other lengths, so confirm that 100 ft is the length your system calls for and measure the rope you are replacing. Compare the tab on your existing rope with the semi-rigid Keder tab 625 supplied here. Keep the track and the autocover housing clear of dirt and debris when the new rope goes in.
