Product details

The Coverstar A0020 is the non-motor end brake assembly for CS1800 automatic pool cover systems. It arrives as the complete NME casting with the brake assembly, cone and square plate already together.

What is included

Along with the casting you get the brake spring, the CS1800 NME brake block, a 1/4 inch split lock washer, a 1/4 inch stainless steel flat washer, a 1/4 inch-#20 by 1 inch hex head bolt and a 1/4 inch-#20 stainless steel nut. That is the full set of small parts the brake needs, so the job does not stall waiting on a washer.

Where it goes

The non-motor end is the far end of the cover mechanism from the drive motor. When the brake at that end wears or seizes, this assembly replaces it as one piece rather than as a handful of loose components.
