Product details

This bundle closes a 15 ft round above ground pool in one order. The cover measures 19 ft round, which gives the 4 ft of overlap the cable needs to pull against, and it arrives with the winch, the cable, a 15k chemical closing kit and a 4 ft x 4 ft air pillow.

The cover

It is a solid cover, 8 mil, silver on black triple laminated polyethylene with heat sealed seams. Solid means no light gets through, so algae has nothing to work with over the winter. Aluminum grommets sit every three feet around the edge for the cable.

The pillow and the chemicals

The pillow floats in the middle of the pool under the cover so melt water and ice push outward instead of collecting in the center. The 15k chemical closing kit treats the water before the cover goes on, which is what keeps the pool from opening green in the spring.

Coverage

The cover carries a 15 year warranty and the card comes in the box.
