This is the PoolTux King solid winter cover for a 28' round above ground pool. The cover itself measures 32' round, which leaves 4 ft of overlap so it can be pulled down over the top rail and cinched.
The material
It is an 8 mil triple laminated polyethylene, silver on the top face and black underneath, with heat sealed seams. Heat sealing matters because seams are where winter covers usually let go, and the black underside is what blocks light through the closed season. Aluminum grommets are set every three feet around the edge for the cable.
What comes with it
The cover ships with a deluxe aluminum cable winch and a vinyl coated steel lock down cable, so there is nothing else to buy to close the pool, plus the warranty card. It carries the PoolTux King 15 year warranty.
