The S.R. Smith FC-100A is a heavy duty rubber fulcrum cover for diving board stands. It slips over the fulcrum bar, the crossbar the board pivots on, and takes the load every time somebody uses the board.
Fit
The cover is a universal size that suits most U-frame diving board stands and is made to accommodate 1.90 inch outside diameter tubing. It measures 18 inches in length. Measure your fulcrum bar before ordering so you know the tubing matches.
Why it matters
The fulcrum pad is a wear item and it is easy to ignore. Once the rubber splits or flattens, the underside of the board starts contacting the bar directly, which chews the board and makes the stand noisy. Replacing the pad is quick and far cheaper than the board it protects. One pad is included.
