Product details

The Aqua Creek F-450SSC-G is the gray solar lift cover for the Scout 2 and Scout Excel pool lifts. Note the color: this part number is gray, and the blue and tan versions carry different numbers.

The fabric

Aqua Creek builds its covers from a heavyweight polyester. Polyester is durable and breathable, dries quickly and has good elasticity along with strong water resistance, which is what a cover parked outdoors next to a pool needs. The standard covers are pigment dyed and carry a PVC coating.

Why cover a lift

A solar lift sits out in weather year round. A cover keeps sun, rain and grit off the seat, the mast and the solar panel between uses, which is the cheapest way to hold off the wear that eventually shows up as a service call on the lift itself.
