Product details

This is the genuine S.R. Smith 100-3500 Linak battery charger, the 24 volt charger used on the aXs, PAL and Splash pool lifts. The same part number is also listed for the aXs 1000 and EU lift.

Charger or battery?

When a lift stops holding charge, the battery gets blamed first, but the charger fails just as often and the symptoms are the same. Confirm the charger is putting out a charge before replacing the battery pack, and check the connector and cord while you are there.

Matched to the battery

Linak batteries expect a Linak charge profile. Using the correct charger keeps the pack charging the way it was designed to, which is the simplest way to get full service life out of an expensive battery.

It is a direct replacement for the original charger, so there is nothing to modify on the lift.
