The S.R. Smith 160-2300A is the gray footrest, with its mounting hardware, for the seat on Splash!, aXs2 and PAL pool lifts.
Where it fits
The part number appears in the parts lists for the Splash!, Splash! 300, Splash! Hi/Lo and Spa, Splash! Extended Reach and Extended Reach Hi/Lo. The aXs2 list names it as the Footrest Kit (Gray), and the CEC compliant PAL and PAL Hi/Lo and Spa lists include it too. The PAL2 is different: its lists call for footrest 160-2700A.
How it works
S.R. Smith makes the footrest removable, and it floats upward to prevent damage if the seat is lowered too far. In the aXs2 assembly steps it attaches with two screws and two thumbnuts through the holes on the bottom of the seat. If a footrest has cracked or gone missing, this replaces it without changing the seat.
