Read the model number on the serial sticker at the foot of the mast first, because the Splash! family splits into three mast and arm sets. The Splash! 300 and the standard Splash! take the standard mast and arms; the Hi/Lo (350) and Spa (375) take the taller Hi/Lo set, with the Spa going back to the standard seat; the Extended Reach lifts (370 and 385) keep the matching mast but fit their own actuator and tension arms. Below the mast, one set of drive and power parts serves them all: the 100-5000A actuator, 120-1100 motor, 800-5065 gear, 135-1000 hub, 1001495 battery and 1001530 charger.

Which Splash! do you have?

The Splash! 300 and the Splash! (300-0000 series) share this drawing; the Hi/Lo and Spa lifts (350 and 375) take the taller mast and arms. The Extended Reach lifts are listed below the drawing. The model is on the serial sticker on the mast.

About S.R. Smith Splash! Pool Lift Parts

The drawing is the exploded view from S.R. Smith's Splash! 300 owner's manual, badged at the manufacturer's item numbers. Choose Splash! 300 or Splash! Hi/Lo and Spa and the keys that change, the mast (11), actuator arm (12), support arm (13), seat arm (14) and seat (15), take that version's numbers. A standard Splash! (300-0000) uses the Splash! 300's numbers throughout. The Extended Reach lifts number their items differently, so their parts are listed under the drawing rather than badged on it. A part this store does not sell keeps its badge and number for reference.

Sold here across the family: the 100-5000A actuator, the 120-1100 motor and 800-5065 small gear, the 120-1000 motor mount and 135-1000 hub, the 300-5000A housing, the 160-2300A footrest, the 900-1000 seat belt, the 1001495 battery and the 1001530 charger. The Splash! seat back, 160-1200, is sold on its own though the lists do not break it out. Covers are the 940-1100 mast cover for a standard mast, the 910-1000 console cover and the 970-5000 seat cover, with the 900-6000 stability strap as the other listed option.

The control box on the Splash! lists is 1001499, or 1001555 with the activation key that stops the lift running without the key in its slot; both are shown with their numbers for reference. Before buying a base or mast for a Splash! built from 2013 to 2015, give S.R. Smith the serial: a 2015 recall, CPSC 16-063, replaced bases and masts free on about 1,840 lifts, Splash! models among them, for welds that could fail.

Fully charge the battery before any test. A Splash! that neither rises nor turns gets a battery check and a second charged pack before the control box is suspected; a lift that does one motion but not the other is tested at the control box, as the questions below describe. The routine is in the pool lift battery and maintenance guide, and the deck measurements behind the Hi/Lo and Extended Reach versions are in which pool lift fits your pool.

Spare batteries and chargers, covers and anchors are filed on their own pages. Parts drawings for the other S.R. Smith lifts: PAL2, aXs2 and multiLift2. The lifts themselves are on S.R. Smith pool lifts, and the parent page is Pool lift parts.

Questions about S.R. Smith Splash! Pool Lift Parts

Which Splash! parts are different on the Hi/Lo and Spa?

Five keys change. The Hi/Lo (350) takes the 150-2100A mast, 150-2200A actuator arm, 150-2300A support arm, 150-2400A seat arm and 160-9000A Hi/Lo seat, and its mast takes the 940-2000 Hi/Lo cover. The Spa (375) uses the same Hi/Lo mast and arms but goes back to the standard 160-8000A seat. The base, collar, housing, hub, motor, gear, actuator, control box and battery carry the same numbers as a standard Splash!.

What is different about Splash! Extended Reach parts?

Two arms. The Extended Reach (370) fits the 325-1200A actuator arm and 325-1300A tension arm, and the Extended Reach Hi/Lo (385) fits the 325-1400A and 325-1500A, while each keeps the standard or Hi/Lo mast and seat arm. The Extended Reach is rated at 300 lb against 400 lb for the other Splash! lifts. Everything else, from the hub and motor to the battery and charger, matches the rest of the family.

My Splash! turns but will not go up or down. Is it the actuator?

Test the hand control before buying one. With a charged battery, check the hand control plug is pushed in and its pins are straight, and look over the cable. Press up and down on the control box's own buttons: if the lift moves, replace the hand control. If it does not, swap the actuator cable (connector 2) with the motor cable (connector 1) and press left and right on the handset. Still no lift means the 100-5000A actuator.

Are Splash! 300 parts the same as standard Splash! parts?

Nearly all. The two lists carry the same mast, arms, seat, hub, motor, gear, actuator, base, collar, housing, footrest, battery and charger numbers. The differences are the rating, 300 lb on the Splash! 300 against 400 lb, though the parts carry the same numbers, the activation key control 1001555 offered on the Splash! 300 list, and the console cover, 910-1000 on one list and the tan 910-1000T on the other.
