The S.R. Smith 300-6600L is the LiftLock2 anchor assembly, cast in type 316L stainless steel. It is the deck side fixing that locks a pool lift in position, and the anchor cap is included.
Why the grade matters
An anchor sits in the deck, gets splashed with chlorinated water all season and drains slowly. Ordinary stainless pits under those conditions. Type 316L is specified for exactly this kind of exposure, and casting it rather than fabricating it gives a stronger, simpler part with fewer places for water to sit.
How it works
The anchor is set in the deck and the lift drops into it and locks. That means the lift can be taken out of service, moved or stored without disturbing the fixing, and put back in the same position each time. When the lift is out, the supplied cap closes off the anchor so the deck stays flush and clear.
