It is a certified genuine Maytronics part.
Why the cable matters
The cable carries power and communication between the power supply and the robot, and it takes more abuse than any other part: dragged over coping, coiled and uncoiled, left in the sun. When it fails the robot stops, refuses to start or throws an error at the power supply. The swivel on this cable reduces the twisting that shortens cable life.
