About the wall cord

Maytronics has announced that new power supplies from the factory ship without the cord that runs from the power supply to the wall outlet. The cord from your old power supply is held on by a single screw: remove it, transfer the cord to the new unit and secure it with the same screw. Plan a few minutes for that step when the new supply arrives.

Before you order

Check the label on your existing power supply and match the part number. If the robot itself has a fault, a new power supply will not fix it, so confirm the cleaner and cable are sound first.
