Maytronics Dolphin Diagnostic Foam Wheel Ring 4 Pack

These foam rings slip over the combination brush on a Dolphin robotic cleaner to give it extra traction. On a plaster pool the brush grips fine on its own, but on fiberglass and on some small tile pools the cleaner can lose its footing on the wall and slide back down. The rings fix that. This is the genuine Maytronics part, number 6101611-R4, sold as a pack of four.

Which cleaners use them

The list is long because Maytronics has used the same brush across many models: Dolphin Nautilus, Nautilus Plus, Triton Plus, M200, M400, C3 CB, C4 CB, Discovery, Saturn, Edge, Supreme M3, Supreme M4, DX3, DX4, Apollo and Premier. The Pentair Prowler 820 and 830 are the same machine under a different badge and take the same ring.

Replacing them

Foam wears and compresses over time, and a worn ring loses the grip that made it useful. Roll the old ring off the brush and roll the new one on. Four in the pack means you can do a brush and still have spares for next season.
