The S.R. Smith VLLS-103E is the three step ladder from the Econoline range, a residential economy ladder built in 304 grade stainless with hip tread steps.
What you are getting
Econoline is the value line, so the ladder keeps the stainless rails and the tread you want and leaves out the extras. Three steps suits a typical residential in ground pool where the deck sits a normal height above the water.
Fitting it
The rails drop into anchor sockets set in the deck. Most pools already have those sockets, along with escutcheon plates and wedge hardware, but they are separate items rather than part of the ladder. Look at what is in your deck before ordering so you are not held up by a missing plate on installation day.

Treat them as separate. Most decks already have the sockets set in concrete, so check what is in your deck and order any missing hardware alongside the ladder.

No. It is listed as a residential economy ladder. A commercial pool has its own requirements and a different S.R. Smith range.
