Product details

The SmartPool YG03 Yard Guard is a gate alarm for the entrance to a pool area. When the gate opens, it sounds at 120 decibels, loud enough to be heard from inside the house or from the far side of the yard.

What it is for

Most drownings involve a child who reached the water without an adult knowing. A gate alarm is the audible warning that closes that gap: the gate cannot be opened quietly. It works alongside a barrier and supervision rather than replacing either one.

Note on the name

SmartPool material for part YG03 shows the product as both Yard Guard and YardGard. It is the same alarm under either spelling.
