Product details

This is the Inlays C611700 NO DIVING marker tile. It measures 6 inches by 12 inches, carries 4 inch letters, and comes in the smooth waterline finish.

Where it belongs

Smooth tile is waterline tile. It sets into the tile band around the pool where the message is visible from the water and from the deck, but where nobody stands on it. Markers that go into the deck itself are made with a non slip face for good reason, so keep the two types in their own places.

Reading it from a distance

The 4 inch letter height is what makes a safety marker do its job. Smaller lettering disappears at the far end of a pool, and a warning nobody can read from where they are standing is not a warning.

Tiles are ordered individually by part number, and the part number is what fixes the message, the size and the finish together. Check your local code for how many markers are required and where they have to be placed before you decide on quantity.
