Quick overview

  • EZ Series slings Made for the Aqua Creek EZ Series lift sling, not a universal chain.
  • Holds the sling The chain set carries the sling from the header bar during a lift.
  • A wear item Aqua Creek treats the chain set as something replaced as needed rather than fitted once for life.
  • Safety critical It is part of the load path between the user and the lift, so worn links get changed, not watched.
  • Order by part number F-031EZCH identifies the EZ Series chain set specifically.
  • Keeps a lift in service A chain set is a fast, inexpensive way to bring a hesitant lift back to full confidence.

Product details

The Aqua Creek F-031EZCH is the chain set for EZ Series lift slings. It holds the sling from the header bar, which makes it part of the load path every time the lift is used.

Where it fits

The chain set connects the sling to the header bar on an Aqua Creek EZ Series lift. It is matched to the EZ Series sling rather than being a generic length of chain, so ordering by the part number is what keeps the geometry right.

When to replace it

Aqua Creek treats the chain set as a replace as needed item for optimal safety and performance. Anything carrying a person gets judged strictly: visible wear, a distorted link or damaged hardware is enough reason to change it rather than run another season.

What is in the listing

The chain set on its own. Slings and hanger bars for the EZ Series are ordered separately.

Questions and answers

What people ask about this product, answered by our pool techs.

What does the chain set do?
It holds the sling from the header bar, so it is the connection between the lift arm and the sling the user sits in.
Which lifts is it for?
The Aqua Creek EZ Series. It is listed as compatible with the EZ Series lift sling.
How often should it be replaced?
Aqua Creek says to replace it as needed for optimal safety and performance. Because it is in the load path, any sign of wear, distortion or damage is reason enough.
Does the sling come with it?
No. This is the chain set only. Slings and hanger bars are separate Aqua Creek parts.
