Product details

The FeherGuard FG-CK is a set of four 2 inch locking casters for the BL-IGEW Blanket Handler and the Auto Reel. It is the genuine FeherGuard Products part.

Why casters matter on a reel

A solar cover reel is not heavy until the cover is on it, and then it is awkward. The casters are what turn moving it into a push rather than a lift, and the locks are what keep it where you put it. Decks are rarely dead level, and an unlocked reel loaded with a wet cover will find the slope.

Replace them as a set

Casters wear from grit, sun and pool water, and they wear at roughly the same rate. Swapping all four at once keeps the reel sitting level and rolling straight, which is why they are sold as a set of four.
