The PAL lifts are portable, and this kit lets an owner fix one in place with an anchored solution instead. It was designed around a technical assistance bulletin from the Department of Justice, dated January 31, 2012. The hardware you need for the anchored setup is packed in the kit, so you are not hunting down fasteners separately.

The kit is listed for the PAL and PAL2 series. Other S.R. Smith lifts, such as the Splash, use their own deck sockets and do not need it. Check your lift model before ordering.
