The S.R. Smith RLF-24S-3B is the three step residential ladder in the Elite specification, built from 1.90 inch OD stainless tube with a .049 inch wall and 6 inch radius bends.
Elite means stainless treads
The tread is what separates the two residential lines. Elite ladders carry the LTDF-103 stainless steel tread, while the Econoline models use the LTDF-101 plastic tread. The anchor layout differs as well: the Elite frame sets into two anchor sockets on 20 inch centers, against 19 inch centers on the Econoline.
Grade, and salt water
The ladder is offered in 304 stainless or in 316L Marine Grade, which is ordered by adding MG to the part number. If the pool is salt, 316L Marine Grade is the minimum requirement, and SealedSteel Salt Friendly and powder coating are available options.
How it sits
The frame extends 6 1/2 inches out from the pool wall. The lower end is bent to meet the wall and is fitted with two white rubber bumpers, part WRB-100A, so the steel never rests directly on the pool surface.
Order these with it
Anchors and escutcheons are separate items. The recommended anchor is AS-100B and the recommended escutcheon is EP-100F, so add them if you are not reusing sound hardware already set in the deck.

What makes it the Elite model rather than Econoline?
The tread. Elite uses the LTDF-103 stainless steel tread; the Econoline uses the LTDF-101 plastic tread. The anchor spacing differs too, 20 inch centers on the Elite against 19 inch on the Econoline.
Can I use this ladder on a salt pool?
Order the 316L Marine Grade version, which is the minimum requirement for salt pools. Add MG to the part number. SealedSteel Salt Friendly is offered as an option as well.
Does it come with anchors and escutcheons?
