The S.R. Smith VLLS-102E is the two step economy ladder from the Econoline range, made in 304 grade stainless steel with hip treads.

Two steps, and when that is the right number

Step count is set by how far the water sits below your deck. Two treads suit a shallower climb out; if swimmers are reaching for the deck at the top of this ladder, a three step model is the better fit.

The Econoline line

Econoline is the value end of the S.R. Smith residential ladder range. It keeps the stainless steel frame and drops cost elsewhere, which is why it is the common choice for a straightforward backyard replacement.

What you may still need

Escutcheon plates that cover the deck at the rail, sized for 1.90 inch OD tube, are ordered separately. If the old ones are corroded or missing, add them to the order rather than reusing them.
