The Mighty 400 and 600 share one anchor list: the F-808SA 1.90 by 6 in. with kit, the F-808SA-10 10 in., the F-842WDA wood deck and the F-77SSA semi recessed, each taking a 1.90 in. square drive spindle. Their frame carries 51.25 in. control arms and a 49.75 in. lifting arm, with the motor under a color matched cover. The Voyager rolls on 6 in. rubber casters, takes sand as its counterweight and comes with a fixing anchor; its seat height adjusts to clear a curb or raised wall up to 10 in. Aqua Creek's electronics inspection has a Vito battery read through the F-VTC002 test cable. A healthy pack shows 24 to 28 volts and should manage at least 15 cycles with no load, and a beep from it is the low charge alarm. Aqua Creek finds that most faults are a connection or a battery, so reseat the cords in the control box and clean the tabs before blaming the hand control.

How do I test the battery on an Aqua Creek Mighty 600?
Read it through the F-VTC002 test cable, which Aqua Creek's inspection notes call for on its Vito batteries. A good pack reads 24 to 28 volts. If it reads well but the lift still stalls under a rider, it may be short on amperage, which a battery shop can check with an 8 amp load test. What is the difference between the Aqua Creek Mighty 400 and Mighty 600?
Aqua Creek calls the 600 the 400's sister and its strongest lift, and gives it a 22 in. seat. The two share an anchor list, the F-808SA, F-808SA-10, F-842WDA and F-77SSA, and the F-824 adapter sleeve is listed for both. Each is meant for in ground pools and spas, with pedestal options when the pool or spa is raised. Each manual has its own drawing above the grid.
Can a Mighty Voyager reach over a raised spa wall?
Up to a point. Its seat height adjusts to clear a curb or raised wall of up to 10 in., and Aqua Creek offers it for in ground pools and spas and for some partially raised ones. It turns through 255 degrees and is rated to 325 lb, or 147 kg. A wall taller than that needs a lift built for it, which the fit guide linked on this page compares.
What is the ballast on a Mighty Voyager filled with?
Sand. The Voyager is a portable lift held down by counterweight, and its ballast cover has a 15 in. square opening for pouring the sand in. It rolls on 6 in. rubber casters and comes with a fixing anchor; its stock box adds a 1.00 by 4.00 in. anchor insert, the Vito battery, charger and test cable and a wall mount bracket. The cart comes in blue, tan, gray and granite white.
Which hand control fits an Aqua Creek Mighty 400?
The Mighty manuals list a four button Linak remote, even though the battery and charger are Vito parts. The HB00-U10 Linak four button hand control is the one on this page. Before replacing it, charge the battery and read it through the F-VTC002 cable, because a low pack can look exactly like a dead remote.
