Aqua Creek Revolution Lift Parts

11 products

Before ordering, confirm two things on your lift: that it is a Revolution XL, because the drawing above is the XL's and not the earlier Revolution's, and the year it was built, because the F-RVGRKT15 base gear kit is listed for 2015 and newer lifts. The badges show Aqua Creek's internal inventory numbers; the parts sold here, from the F-41CBJ Linak control box to the HB00-U10 handset, carry F catalog numbers.

About Aqua Creek Revolution Lift Parts

The drawings are the product components views from Aqua Creek's owner's manuals for the Revolution XL, with our badges set at the manufacturer's item numbers. Aqua Creek numbers each row by an internal inventory code that is not a catalog part anywhere, so every badge shows that code for reference only, and what you can buy is listed under the drawings by its F catalog number. In two places the drawing pairs items: the motor mount with its motor cover (3 and 4), and the seat cradle with the seat (11 and 12). The earlier Revolution, F-702RLNA, has no drawing here; the one above comes from the XL manual and shows the XL.

Sold here: the F-RVGRKT15 base gear kit for 2015 and newer lifts, the F-41CBJ Linak control box listed for the Revolution, Scout and Titan, the HB00-U10 four button hand control, the F-004AB battery and F-044CH charger, three lift covers listed for the Revolution and Titan (the F-720SSC-T, F-720SSC and F-720SSC-G), the F-UBC universal cover and the F-SLR solar panel.

The XL is meant for decks that push a lift back from the water: it reaches further and deeper than the Revolution before it, and its seat clears a short pool wall or curb. The frame is stainless steel under a powder coat, and the seat pole adjusts to 63 in. Whether your gutter and deck suit it is covered in which pool lift fits your pool.

When it stops, start electrical: a good battery reads 24 to 28 volts, a working charger shows at least 27 volts across its prongs, and every cord should sit firmly in a clean control box port. On a lift that turns, Aqua Creek's annual inspection adds the rotation gears and the alignment of the motor gear. If those show wear on a 2015 or newer XL, the F-RVGRKT15 kit is the gear set sold here.

Spare batteries and chargers, covers and anchors have their own pages, and the pool lift battery and maintenance guide covers charging and care. Drawings for the other Aqua Creek lifts: Ranger 2, Scout Excel, Pro Pool Series, Mighty Series, Spa Series and Power EZ. The S.R. Smith drawings are PAL2, Splash!, aXs2 and multiLift2. The lifts themselves are on Aqua Creek pool lifts, and the parent page is Pool lift parts.

Questions about Aqua Creek Revolution Lift Parts

Which base gear kit fits my Aqua Creek Revolution?

The F-RVGRKT15 base gear kit is listed for Revolution lifts built in 2015 or later; it is not listed for older ones, so check the build year on the serial label first. Aqua Creek's annual inspection asks for a look at the rotation gears and the motor gear alignment, so look at the gear teeth before ordering.

Will a Titan lift cover fit my Revolution XL?

The covers sold here, the F-720SSC, F-720SSC-G and F-720SSC-T, are listed by the manufacturer for both the Revolution and the Titan, so the same cover code serves either lift. Aqua Creek recommends a cover for any lift kept outdoors. The F-UBC universal cover is a separate part on this page.

Is the Revolution XL control box the same one the Scout uses?

The F-41CBJ Linak control box sold here is listed for the Revolution, Scout and Titan lifts, and it pairs with the HB00-U10 four button hand control. A Scout built on Vito electronics takes the F-41CBJV instead, so a Scout owner should read the label on the old box before ordering. For a Revolution XL, the manual's electronics are Linak throughout.

My Revolution lifts but will not turn. What should I check?

Charge the battery and confirm it reads 24 to 28 volts, then make sure every cord is seated in the control box and the tabs are free of corrosion. If the seat still rises but will not rotate, look at the rotation side: the drawing shows the motor mount and motor cover as items 3 and 4, and on a 2015 or newer lift the base gear kit is the F-RVGRKT15. Aqua Creek technical support is at (888) 687-3552.

How much weight can an Aqua Creek Revolution XL lift?

Aqua Creek rates it at 500 lb, or 226 kg. It has a 22 in. seat on 42 in. lifting and control arms, the seat pole adjusts to 63 in., and the lift turns a full 360 degrees. It gives more water draft and anchor setback than the Revolution it replaced, and the user can run it alone from the four button handset.
