Product details

This is the S.R. Smith 69-209-011-SS concrete base jig for the Salt Pool Jump System, a 12 by 12 inch jig supplied with 10 inch stainless steel bolts. It is used when setting the base for the 606 and 608 stands.

What it does

A jump stand bolts down to studs cast into the deck. Those studs have to sit at the exact spacing and height the stand expects, and once the concrete has gone off there is no adjusting them. The jig clamps the bolts in the right pattern through the pour so the stand drops onto them cleanly.

Installation note

The jig is part of the concrete work, not the stand assembly, so it belongs on the job list before the pour rather than on the day the board goes on. Follow the base drawing supplied with your jump system for depth and reinforcement.

What is the jig for?
