Product details

The Aiper Scuba P1 Ultra is a cordless robotic pool cleaner, part number X7P-US, rated for pools up to 2150 sq ft. It cleans floors, walls and the waterline on its own battery, with no hose to the skimmer and no cord to a deck outlet.

Suction and capacity

The Scuba P1 Ultra draws 7800 GPH, which is enough to pick up heavier debris rather than nudge it along the floor. What it collects goes into a 7.5 liter basket, so a full cycle on a leafy pool is less likely to end with the cleaner full and still running.

Filtration

It runs a dual filtration setup with an ultra fine stage down to 3 micron. The coarse stage takes the bulk of the debris so the fine stage can hold silt, pollen and dust without collapsing suction partway through a run.

The waterline

The waterline is where sunscreen, body oils and airborne grime build into a visible ring, and it is the part most cleaners skip. The Scuba P1 Ultra uses a lateral WaveLine motion along that band to scrub it rather than simply drive past it.

Questions and answers

What people ask about this product, answered by our pool techs.

How big a pool will it handle?
Aiper rates the Scuba P1 Ultra for pools up to 2150 sq ft.
Does it clean the walls and the waterline, or only the floor?
All three. It cleans floors, walls and the waterline, and uses a lateral WaveLine motion at the waterline to work on the oils and grime that collect there.
How fine does it filter?
It runs dual filtration, with an ultra fine stage down to 3 micron. The two stage arrangement is what lets it hold fine particles without choking off suction.
Do I need a hose or a power cord in the pool?
No. It is cordless, so it runs on its own battery with nothing trailing back to the equipment pad or a deck outlet.
