The Polaris ERA 820 is a robotic cleaner for in-ground pools that handles floors and walls in a single 2.5 hour cycle. It runs on its own power supply, independent of the pool pump, so there is nothing to plumb: set it in the water, plug it in and press start.

Suction that holds up as the canister fills

Cyclonic Vacuum Technology keeps suction consistent from the start of the cycle to the end, and the 4 liter canister gives it room to work through a dirty pool without stopping. When the cycle is done the canister lifts out and cleans with a shake and a spray from the hose. Up front, staggered rubber double helix brushes loosen stuck-on dirt and feed it toward a wide inlet.

Built to climb and turn

Dual traction motors drive the brushes independently, so the cleaner turns tightly and works around obstacles. An angled flow outlet pushes it up inclines and onto the walls on any pool surface. The 60 ft cable covers pools up to 50 ft, and a low torque watertight swivel keeps the cord from knotting as the robot changes direction.

Caddy and cover included

The premium transport caddy rolls the cleaner between the pool and storage without lifting it, and the protective cover keeps sun and weather off it between runs.
