The Maytronics Dolphin Liberty 200 is a cordless robotic pool cleaner. Instead of a floating cable and a power supply at the pool edge, it carries a rechargeable lithium-ion battery rated for up to two hours of cleaning per charge.
What losing the cord changes
A corded robot is limited by its cable, and the cable is what tangles, twists and eventually has to be replaced. The Liberty 200 has neither, so it can be dropped into the water anywhere, and there is no power source sitting on the deck. That also makes it simple to move between a pool and a spa, or to use where there is no convenient outlet.
How it cleans
A powered scrubbing brush works the surface as the cleaner drives, loosening film that suction alone would leave behind, and the debris is caught by the onboard filters. Because it carries more than one filter, it picks up coarse debris and finer dirt in the same run.
Running it
