Product details

The Hayward SharkVAC W3RC9742CUBY is a robotic pool cleaner supplied with a pull KD caddy cart. It is a floor specific design for residential inground pools in vinyl, gunite or fiberglass.

Independent of the pool system

The SharkVAC has its own motor and its own filtration, so it does not run off the pool pump and does not need hoses or extra plumbing. Two fine porosity filter elements handle the debris, and both they and the chamber are reached from the top, which means emptying it is a matter of lifting the clear dome rather than wrestling the unit over onto its back.

Proven parts, new shape

The cleaner uses TigerShark components in a floor specific body and replaces the SharkVac XL model RC9742. The clear top cover lets you watch it work and see when the elements have loaded.

Power and handling

A 50 foot Kevlar reinforced cord runs to a completely safe 24VDC transformer, so the pool sees low voltage only. The pull KD caddy is included for moving the cleaner between the pool and storage.
