The Hayward SP071620T is the 2 in. top mount backwash valve for Pro Series S310T and S310T2 sand filters, sold as a complete kit: the valve, a pressure gauge, a tank o-ring and the tank clamp that holds it to the flange.

One lever, every mode

Filter for everyday running, backwash to flush the sand bed, rinse to resettle it, and waste to send water around the filter. The pressure gauge on top shows at a glance when the bed is loaded and due for a backwash.

Before you order

This is the 2 in. valve. Pro Series filters plumbed in 1.5 in., such as the S210T and S244T, take the SP0714T instead. The clamp, o-ring and gauge are all in the box, so the swap needs nothing else.
