The Polaris R0897800 is the fine filter canister for the Epic and EVO robotic cleaners and the Freedom cordless robot. It is the genuine Polaris replacement for the canister the cleaner came with.

Which cleaners

It fits the EVO 604, EVO 614iQ, Epic 8520, Epic 8640, Epic 8642iQ and the Freedom Cordless Robotic. If your cleaner is one of these, the canister drops straight in.

Fine versus general purpose

Polaris makes two canisters for these robots. This one is the fine filter, for the small debris that a coarser mesh lets through. The R0898000 general purpose canister is the other option, for leaves and larger debris. Plenty of owners keep one of each, or a second fine canister, so a clean one can go in while the dirty one is rinsed.
