Polaris Genuine OEM 380/360 Factory Tune-Up Kit

The Polaris 9-100-9010 factory tune-up kit is the one box way to bring a tired Polaris 380 or 360 back to full speed. It rebuilds the entire drive train, from the turbine that catches the water to the tires that grip the pool, and adds a new all purpose bag on top.

What gets replaced

Three C10 tires, two double side wheels and one single side wheel, the transfer pulley and drive shaft assembly, the small and large belt kit, the drive train gear kit with its turbine bearing, front and rear axle block assemblies, the upper turbine housing, eight ball bearings with three bearing shields, three hub caps, ten stainless steel E-clips, six hose clamps for the water management system, two o-rings for the in-head timer and feed pipe assembly, and a sweep hose scrubber. All of it is genuine Polaris.

Fit

The kit is for the Polaris 380 and 360, including the 380 Black Max and 360 Black Max, and the TR35P and TR36P. The 180 and 280 use a different kit.
