Product details

The Polaris 9-100-1016 is the black all purpose filter bag with a velcro closure for the BlackMax 380 and 360 pressure side pool cleaners. It is the genuine Polaris part.

Velcro or zipper

Polaris builds the same bag with two closures. This one is the velcro version. The zipper version carries its own part number, so look at the bag currently on your cleaner before ordering, since the closures are not interchangeable.

All purpose against leaf

The all purpose bag is the everyday choice. It catches sand, grit and the ordinary mix of debris that comes off a pool floor. If your pool drops a heavy load of leaves, Polaris sells a leaf bag for that instead, and many owners keep one of each and swap by season.

When to replace

Bags fail at the seams and at the closure long before the mesh wears out. If debris is coming back into the pool, or the bag no longer stays shut while the cleaner runs, that is the bag telling you it is done.

Does it fit the 360 as well as the 380?
Yes. Polaris 9-100-1016 is listed for both the 380 and the 360.
What is the difference between this and the leaf bag?
This is the all purpose bag, which handles general debris. The leaf bag is a separate Polaris part built for heavy leaf loads.
Do I need the bag collar too?
