Product details

The Polaris 9-100-1240 is the genuine OEM top cover for the Polaris 380 and 360 pressure side pool cleaners. It is the same part as the Polaris R0670000 top housing in white.

One piece or two piece

This matters more than the model number. If your cleaner has a single piece top cover, this is the direct replacement. If it has the two piece clam shell style top, this cover will not fit it, and you need the new style top and base kit instead, Polaris part 9-100-7030.

If you are not sure

Buy the top and base kit. The new style top and base retrofits onto all of the old style Polaris 380 and 360 cleaners, so it is the option that works regardless of which top your cleaner came with.

Why covers get replaced

The top cover takes sun, chemicals and the occasional hard knock against a wall or step. Over years it goes brittle and cracks, and once it does the internals underneath are exposed. Replacing it is straightforward and puts the shell back to sound condition.
