Product details

The Polaris Genuine OEM 360 Sweep Hose Complete, 9-100-1011 is the complete clear rubber sweep tail assembly for the Polaris 360 pressure side pool cleaner, the hose that trails the cleaner and sweeps fine debris off the pool walls and steps.

What it does

Polaris lists the 360 as an in-ground pressure side cleaner that runs on the pressure of the returning pool water, with three venturi jets, all-wheel belt drive, an in-line back-up valve and a debris bag. The sweep hose is the moving tail on the back. The 360 owner's manual says it should move in a gentle sweeping motion, and that motion is adjusted with the screw on the feed pipe: counterclockwise to increase it, clockwise to decrease it.

When to replace it

Sweep tails wear through and split with use. This assembly replaces the whole tail on the 360 in one piece. The manual treats the scrubber at the tip as a separate part, number 9-100-3105, and points to it when the hose sprays too much water or gets pulled toward the vacuum tube.

Before you order

Polaris also lists this assembly as the 360 sweep tail complete. The UPC is 738919001336.
