Polaris Genuine OEM 180/280 Factory Tune-up Kit

The Polaris A49 is the factory tune up kit for the 180 and 280 pressure side cleaners. It bundles the parts that wear together, wheels, tires, axles, bearings and the turbine drive components, so one order brings a tired cleaner back to the way it ran new.

What is in the box

Three C6 large wheels with three C10 MaxTrax tires, one C16 small idler wheel, two C66 large axles with sand and gravel guards, one C65 large axle for the rear wheel, eight C60 wheel ball bearings, a C36 swing axle kit, a C55 plastic wheel screw and four C64 wheel washers. For the drive train, two C80 turbine ball bearings, a C83 turbine shaft tube and a C86 drive shaft assembly. Instructions are included.

When to use it

A 180 or 280 that climbs poorly, drags a wheel, grinds or has cracked and bald tires is usually worn in more than one place at once. Replacing the bearings and axles along with the tires stops the new tires from wearing unevenly on old, sloppy running gear.
