⌄The Polaris 9-100-1200 is the genuine in-line back-up valve for the Polaris 360 pressure side cleaner. It fits the larger corrugated hose the 360 uses, which measures roughly 1-1/2 in. in diameter.
What it does
The back-up valve cycles on a timer built into the valve itself. Every few minutes it redirects flow to a rear jet that pulls the cleaner backwards, breaking it free from steps, ladders and corners so it can carry on cleaning. When the valve wears, the cleaner either stays stuck or the valve sprays nonstop.
Check the hose first
This valve is made for the ribbed 1-1/2 in. hose. If your hose is smooth and about 3/4 in. across, you have a different cleaner and need the G52 back-up valve.
Before you order
It installs in-line in the feed hose. If the hose sections themselves are cracked or stiff, the complete 360 feed hose or the 6 ft 9-100-3102 replacement sections are the matching parts.
