The Balboa 10-3955 in white is the slimline escutcheon and eyeball set for spa jets. It comes as four pieces: the escutcheon, a Teflon washer, the eyeball itself and a round rubber o-ring.
Slimline versus standard
The slimline escutcheon is flat across the top instead of stepping up in a dome, and it measures 2-5/8 inches across the outside. That shape is what identifies it, so compare it against the trim you are replacing before you order. A standard escutcheon in the same nominal size will not sit right in a slimline body.
Why replace it
Jet trim is the part everyone touches. The escutcheon dulls and stains, the o-ring hardens, and the eyeball loses the friction that holds it where you aim it. Because the set includes all four pieces, one order refreshes the whole face of the jet.
